CNC milling is a highly accurate machining method that we use during our parts production process. Using advanced CNC technology and software we are able to create machined parts that are both highly accurate, and repeatable. We can produce virtually an unlimited number of parts with identical precision using CNC milling.
CNC turning is a different machining process than CNC milling. We’ll use CNC turning to create tubular shapes such as drive shafts, hubs, bearings, knobs, etc. CNC turning is an economical way to machine parts that are symmetrical around a central axis. We’ll often combine the turning process with other machining methods, such as milling or EDM to create more diverse and complex shapes.
5 Axis Machining
We are all about efficiency at Blanda, and love to save our customers both time and money. Our 5 axis machining capabilities allow us to do this by giving us the ability to machine complex shapes using a single setup. 5 axis machining is also a game changer when it comes to the prototyping process or very small parts runs as we can create parts that other machine shops have to cast. 5 axis machining is going to be much cheaper and faster, saving you both time and money!
CNC Grinding / Surface Grinding
CNC isn’t just about milling and turning. We can also provide precision CNC grinding. which allows us to grind your machined parts to OEM specifications or better. We can grind to an accuracy of .0001 inches, and our surface grinding will provide you with parts that have a precise, high quality finish.
Surface grinding capabilities: 32″ x 16″
We have both 3 axis and 5 axis CNC machines on our floor. Capabilities to 40″ x 28″ x 15″. Tolerance to .0001.

Blanda employs a Trumph Laser to mark all metals, ceramics and more. Part numbers, barcodes, alpha-numeric serialization, graphics, and logos in over 200 shades of gray. Quantities: From 1 to 10,000 parts.
